Day 3 Saturday Recap – Con Love

Saturday around here is crowded! Like seriously fucking crowded. There are lines everywhere and lines to get to lines. At one point I was even in a line to get inside for a line that goes outside, just to come back inside the same building. I shit you not. I have realized two truths about it all. 1 - Southerners are for shit when it comes to queuing up. 2 - you get anywhere you want to be faster if you go by conga line.

The one thing that all the crowds and lines can't damper is the desire for greatest of passions. No not gaming, but instead, the desire for Con Love. Most people come with specific things they want to accomplish. Find that hard to locate special edition toy, hear tales gone by from Doctors that travel all of time and space, Meet Patrick Stewart. Alex came with bigger tasks in mind, Con Love. Every passing nerd is a potential soul mate. She has fallen in con love twice so far. Unfortunately she only knows them by the Con persona.

We have two more days left for her to reconnect. Much like summer love, con love is a strong sweet mistress but unfortunately it is also fleeting. Before DragonCon packs up and leaves town we have to locate her Doctor.
